At Lems Shoes, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your natural foot shape; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 45-day returns for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original Lems branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
